How Long Information Is Kept

• Ceremony notes and scripts: up to 2 years

• Administrative and financial records: 6 years (as legally required) 

• Sensitive information: removed as soon as it is no longer needed 

If you prefer your information to be removed earlier, I will honour that wherever possible.
